Such a practice prepares its students to face philosophical and emotional challenges in all aspects of life.
What to expect
Baptiste Yoga classes are generally held in a heated room, and consist of a spirited 90-minute sequence which is designed to condition the entire body. Students can expect a challenging practice that will also help center mind, spirit, and body.
