What to expect
An Integral Yoga class will incorporate an asana practice (poses) with breathing exercises, relaxation, silent meditation, and sound vibrations (chanting or mantra). The practice is designed to refine all aspects of body, mind, and spirit.
Integral Yoga was created in 1966 by Reverend Sri Swami Satchidananda to guide younger generations in the ancient yogic philosophies and their application to daily life. Integral Yoga promotes an easeful body, peaceful mind, and useful life.
