Prana Flow is a fluid and creative form of Vinyasa Yoga, and is generally described as empowering and challenging. Its flowing movement sequences incorporate aspects of moving Meditation and dance along with music, aiming to connect students to their breath and subtle energetics.
What to expect
A Prana Flow class will begin with with chanting of "om", followed by continuous movement. The class is characterized by a fusion of moving meditation, yoga flow, dance, and music.
Shiva Rea developed Prana Flow Yoga in 2005 after combining aspects of her backgrounds in yoga, dance, Indian martial arts, and Ayurveda.
