Align Your Flow is a mindful form of Vinyasa Flow Yoga that emphasizes carefully aligned postures and synchrony of breath and movement as a way to develop heightened body-mind awareness. The purpose of Align Your Flow practice is to learn to be more present in daily life and more conscious of one’s actions both on and off the yoga mat.

Align Your Flow was developed by Natasha Rizopoulos, an advanced yoga teacher and former professional ballet dancer, who draws on both the intelligent sequencing of Ashtanga and the precision of the Iyengar tradition.
