Atma Yoga is a holistic approach to creating spiritual, mental and physical well-being. Drawing on teachings from Tantra, Bhakti, Ayurveda, and other sacred traditions, Atma Yoga teaches that every soul is a channel of breath and cosmic energy. Through a combination of physical engagement, attention to breath, and contemplation, Atma Yoga promotes an inner awakening to this sacred truth. The practice is intuitive and heart-centered, honoring every being’s unique creativity, spirit and self.
What to expect
Atma Yoga classes take an exploratory and intuitive approach to well-being, combining dynamic Asana (poses), heart-wisdom teachings, meditation, breathwork, music, intuitive movement, and chanting to experience the many facets of one's spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical body. Students are invited to go at their own pace.
Atma Yoga was created by Saul David Raye to provide a practice that facilitates connecting with the Self and the Universal Spirit.
