Conscious Flow Yoga is a blend of fluid vinyasa yoga with precise alignment principles drawn from the Iyengar tradition. The practice is designed to develop a deep intentionality in each movement and action, helping to coordinate body and mind.
What to expect
Conscious Flow Yoga is a dynamic and flowing practice, but time is taken to focus on integrity of alignment, both within each pose and in the transitions between the poses. The result is a practice that is physically vigorous, yet thoughtful and sustainable.
Conscious Flow Yoga was developed by Nancy Kate Williams, who trained under yoga masters Eddie Modestini and Nicki Doane.
