Manifestation Yoga is designed to promote meaningful change in practitioners’ lives both on an off the yoga mat. The practice of Manifestation Yoga focuses on transforming one’s reactions in order to manifest the life one truly desires. Students are encouraged to embrace the challenge of the yoga poses with full commitment while maintaining a light, good-humored attitude. By testing their physical limits and confronting difficulties with non-attachment, students transform their attitudes toward life’s challenges.
What to expect
Manifestation Yoga classes promote an atmosphere of playfulness, laughter, and non-reactivity. Students are encouraged to approach their practice with deep engagement and yet with personal detachment. The practice is challenging, uplifting and empowering.
Manifestation Yoga was created by Jennifer Pastiloff, whose aim was to develop a style of yoga that is inspirational, practical, and transformative.
