Sanga Yoga is a community-driven style of yoga practice in which a group of individuals utilize yoga as a means for encouraging growth and acceptance in one another. Students are invited to find renewal by quieting the mind, animating the body, and enjoying the mutual benefits of a supportive, compassionate community.
What to expect
Sanga Yoga classes are ideal for all levels, and focus on providing an accessible, non-judgmental practice. Because the practice is community-oriented, students can expect to be encouraged to shift their focus from themselves to others, both literally and metaphorically.
Founder
Eric Paskel developed Sanga Yoga with the intention of providing a practice that is accessible to a wide audience and fosters social bonding and support.
