SivAnanda Yoga is an integrative yoga practice designed was created to elevate and transform the human consciousness. What to expect
Sivananda classes are typically 90 minutes long. A class includes Sanskrit chanting, the 12 core poses, meditation, pranayama practice (breathwork), and relaxation.
Founder
Swami Vishnu-Devananda, the primary student of Swami Sivananda and a dedicated follower of his teachings, founded Sivananda Yoga in 1957.
