White Lotus Yoga can be either gentle or challenging, depending upon the student’s skill and comfort levels. The practice involves flowing sequences of poses with synchronized breathing, similar to Ashtanga and Vinyasa styles.

During a White Lotus Yoga class, students engage in a flowing, Vinyasa-style practice with an emphasis on coordination between breath and movement.
